Our Policy

Prices listed are wholesale prices and online prices only. The pricing is for artists framing their own work and does not reflect the additional cost of "walk in" clients who need additional showroom assistance.


Most orders are shipped within three working days of being placed. We are on a four day work week. We are closed Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Orders placed on Tuesday will be shipped by the following Thursday. Depending on volume your shipment may be delayed for up to 2 weeks. If there are any back-orders, we will promptly contact you. Note: There is a $20 Rush fee for any requests for orders to go out within 2 days and a $30 Rush Fee for orders to go out the next day. Please call us at 800-506-7624 to go over any rushes.

Boxing and Shipping

We use FedEx Ground. 

We offer flat rate shipping on frames 12x16 and smaller.

$0-99.00 = $25
$100-$199.00 = $35
$200-$299.00 = $40
$300-$399.00 = $45
$400-$499.00 = $55
$500-$599.00 = $65
$600-$699.00 = $75
$700-$799.00 = $85
$800-$899.00 = $95
Over $900.00 = $99

Orders over $500 will receive 5% off before shipping

Orders over $1000 will receive 10% off before shipping

Return Policy

Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned with all original packaging in tact, including corner protectors, wrapping, etc. They must show NO signs of use, and will not be accepted with any markings, glue, nail, staple or hanger holes. We will provide a 100% refund on all items returned, however the client is responsible for the boxing expenses, as well as shipping charges to and from.
