SHIPPING:  Orders are shipped within three working days of being placed. 
We are on a four day work week.  We are closed Saturday, Sunday, or Monday.  Orders placed on Friday will be shipped by the following Thursday.  You will be notified if your order is delayed.  If there are any backorders, we will promptly contact you.

BOXING AND SHIPPING:  After we receive your order, we will promptly notify you of the shipping and boxing charge.  We ship Fed Ex on smaller orders and Old Dominion on oversize orders   We are happy to use your shipper of choice if you have an account with another carrier.

PRICING:  Prices listed are wholesale prices.  Additional discounts apply to those with a valid State Resale License.  There is another 10% discount  for orders over $1000.00.

There is an additional 15% discount for special order items (see below).

PAYMENT:  All orders are prepaid before shipping.  We accept checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discovery.

SPECIAL ORDER.  Many of our frames can be made special order to suit your sizing needs.  You need to order six of the same size and pattern.  Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.  A one third deposit is placed upon ordering and the balance is due upon shipping.
