Excellent look if you like the antique presentation. The façade is simple and clean and frames a painting beautifully as it does not overpower the artwork with garrish details. I also like the 3" width which gives small art pieces a gem-like appearance. |

This frame has a patchy look where the gold leaf sections overlap. Maybe that's what you like, but I find the 'antique' look is very streaky - more than is evident in this photo. I'm afraid I will have trouble selling paintings in this frame. The style is nice - however the version in black is much more attractive. |
